Fat Joe has been around for a long time now. Hiy lyrical game has really stepped up the past few years, probably through his affiliation with Big Pun and being surrounded by great lyricists. His albums "Loyalty" and "Jealous Ones Still Envy" are both classics. His new cd "The Darkside" finds him settling back into his groove and dropping his best album in years.
Fat Joe also goes heavy on the mixtapes. His newest mixtape "Return Of Joey Crack" shows his triumphant return to doing what he does best. His raps are real and he is well known for being a real-ass cat.
