One of the best Lil Wayne mixtapes to come out was with DJ Delz, as part of Delz' "Jackin For Beats" series. The one with Lil Wayne was one of his best. This mixtape is pretty much a nice collection of all of Wayne's flows and freestyles over other people's beats. Wayne simply murders the instrumentals.
